Outpatient Clinician We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Clinician to join our growing team. This role involves working with a diverse caseload of youth and adults, providing evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to individual needs. Both part-time and full-time caseloads are available, and clinicians are not responsible for generating their own referrals. Responsibilities: Provide individual and/or family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Utilize evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Support clients with a range of mental health needs, including individuals with Level 1 Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members as needed Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Active licensure or license eligibility (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) Demonstrated experience with CBT, DBT, and ABA practices Experience working with both youth and adult populations Familiarity with or experience supporting individuals with Level 1 ASD preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills What We Offer: Flexible part-time and full-time caseload options Steady stream of referrals provided (no need to source your own clients) Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for professional growth Competitive compensation If you are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse population, we encourage you to apply.
